Inspire Dance Project

This class will help dancers to train needed muscles for dance in a fun and productive way. They will also have the opportunity to learn a variety of combinations in jazz and contemporary each week. 

This class will help any potential company members prepare specific technique for the audition in the Fall. It will also help dancers with the improv section and interview portion of the audition. 

This class will help dancers to train in ballet, contemporary, and jazz technique. They will also have the opportunity to learn a variety of combinations in jazz and contemporary each week. 

This class will help dancers to be introduced to movement with fun games, props, and other large motor activities. Dancers will learn to experience the love of movement in this class. All dancers must be able to walk on their own without assistance to be in this class. 

This class will teach dancers the basic techniques of dance as well as performance skills. Dancers will experience different skills through fun games, traditional exercises, and other fun props. 

This class will teach dancers ballet exercises and movements as well as other technical elements important for their growth in their dance journey.

This class will teach dancers different technical elements of dance. They will also have the opportunity to learn small combinations in contemporary and jazz.
